This seems to get more interesting... A sock of Bucktony left a message at Suman Kumar Mallick's talk page: 1. Earlier today at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Bucktony, Turtlemitch (which is a sock of Bucktony) is technically confirmed with S. K. Mallick (which is a sock of Suman Kumar Mallick). But otherwise the behaviors between these two farms may be quite different, just leaving this out here and up to others to decide, since the technical match may be false positive. -★- PlyrStar93. → Message me. ← 19:06, 22 January 2018 (UTC) reply

  • I'm just getting into this, but I'll be sure to watch some extra pages. I really have no explanation for S. K. Mallick == Turtlemitch other than it's extremely unlikely they're different users. But of course   CheckUser is not magic pixie dust, because Suman K. Mallick is  Likely User:Suman Kumar Mallick. Of note; the same account on Commons has uploaded a copyright violating image, taken from a broadcast by Bharti Airtel. I am afraid this nuisance has returned. See Draft:Suman Kumar Mullick as well as Surinder's other contributions. Very interestingly, the IP has been involving itself with the subject matter by changing the spelling of Mallick to Mullick, which Surinder later used as the basis for the latest incarnation of his article, and has done the same thing over at Simple English Wikipedia. Though back on this site, the same IP also removed Suman Kumar Mallick's name from the article after a previously blocked sock added it. Could be covering their tracks maybe? Trying to compare against Suman Kumar Mallick or any of the earlier blocked socks is challenging as they are stale and there's not much in the logs to go off. Based solely on technical evidence, I'd go with  Possible here. There's a bit of technical evidence that pushes it a little stronger, but only a little. Without the behavioural evidence, there's enough to block all three as socks of each other. Add in the behavioural evidence and I think this is pretty clear-cut.
