October 2018, Lmerja100 created the Draft:Ylli Merja page and abandon it, see logs. Today, Ylli Merja user account was created and they recreated the non-English promotional draft as can be seen from their contributions. Checking the draft talk page, they’ve both edited it claiming they’re not writing about themselves nor the draft is promotional, even though it is obvious from their user names.
