Kdslk created 8 March, Chredm created 24 May. Both accounts are SPAs creating drafts and articles about politician Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani. Near-identical additions of unsourced puffery at Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, Kdslk: [1], Chredm: [2]. Chredm has at the same time been uploading copyrighted images of Pemmasani to Commons and adding them to the article, but Kdlsk first added a file uploaded to Commons by Chredm at Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary, before Chredm's first edit on ENwiki: [3]. Neither has responded to their own user talk warnings about COI or paid editing, but Chredm has just responded at Kdslk's user talk: "No, I'm not having any multiple accounts".
