Checkusers won't run a check on a user <--> IP address basis, so this isn't going to "disprove" anything. Blocked the IP for trolling - it's obviously impersonation. ST47 ( talk) 21:07, 21 August 2019 (UTC)
- @ Toa Nidhiki05: In general, an SPI should only be opened if you have positive evidence of sockpuppetry. If you believe that a user is impersonating another editor, then in the future I would report that to a location like WP:AIV if it is obvious, or alternatively WP:ANI.
