Suspected sockpuppets

All sockpuppets has the same behavior of the master, User:Dragon2016. Socks keeps on adding pictures of Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and the Myanmar flag on random pages, and posting broken Filipino and English messages on my talk page and User:DarthBotto's talk page among others. All socks are currently blocked. This SPI was created if it is possible to put a rangeblock on this user's IP address. User was last seen using an anon IP address with a 112.202.xxx.xxx range. - WayKurat ( talk) 00:35, 18 April 2012 (UTC) reply

  • Support - I support this CU request - the user is moderately annoying (makes a dozen of edits at a high rate before getting blocked, and then sometimes proceeds to Commons, and maybe other wikis). The chances for low-collateral-damage block in such regions are low, but who knows. Materialscientist ( talk) 00:52, 18 April 2012 (UTC) reply
  • Support - This individual has taken an interest in posting nonsensical messages on my talk page, pertaining to Dota 2. I checked to see what this user's contributions have been and I found that one of them was reverting an edit I made to an anonymous user at the address of 121.54.32.111. This indicates that Dragon2016 was using this I.P. address and that he was removing any unflattering material for said anonymous account. In addition, the contributions of this anonymous address are consistent with the writing style of the puppeteer in question, including mentions of Dota 2 and Friendster as "him" or "her"; he is largely incoherent. Regardless, I don't see this user as a terrible threat to the integrity of Wikipedia, but he is a persistent and disruptive vandal and have his Wikipedia rights stripped permanently. •  IP blocked. All those accounts have been locked and the IP is globally blocked. Nothing more to do here I'd say. WilliamH ( talk) 10:52, 18 April 2012 (UTC) reply

Another obvious sock of User:Dragon2016. As usual, he keeps on posting strange comments on my talk page and other user's talkpage and adds Selena Gomez on all of his edits, even if it is not related. Please check if this user's IP address is unblocked. Thanks. - WayKurat ( talk) 02:58, 26 April 2012 (UTC) reply

Support - This is a pretty cut and dry case; it's very obvious this is the same user. However, my question is to how he is still editing, as I was made aware that there is an I.P. block against his region. At this point, I'm questioning if this individual is a troll or if they may be genuinely mentally handicapped, considering the long-standing, inexplicable nature of their vandalism. Regardless, we need a permanent solution to make sure this user never edits Wikipedia again. DarthBotto  talkcont 04:13, 26 April 2012 (UTC) reply

I blocked immediately after seeing the edits on WayKurat's talk page, but since they seem to pop up in sets, a sweep seems reasonable. Qwyrxian ( talk) 03:16, 26 April 2012 (UTC) reply
  •  Clerk endorsed - Despite the fact that the last check was only 8 days ago, there's clear IP block evasion going on here and a CU seems necessary to flush out the new set of socks. Keilana| Parlez ici 05:03, 26 April 2012 (UTC) reply
    • I saw no sleepers and a rangeblock is not feasible, either. Sorry. TN X Man 13:56, 26 April 2012 (UTC) reply
