Kokiisaac is  Confirmed. Although the account is months older than the master, I think we should leave the master the same. They've now turned up at Vector Marketing (MLM, and long term target for COI editors) and removed negative content. They're clearly not a new user. The only two accounts using the same /21 webhost range is Olaf Sergi Vlademere and Meixliv ( talk + · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser( log) · investigate · cuwiki) (see Dagcoin). They have different UAs but they are  Possible. Only two IPs are being used in the range and the two accounts have used one in common. The webhost range does not locate to the master's area but it is a webhost so that may not mean anything.  Inconclusive to this master.

Thanks for the check. There's suspicious activity at Special:Undelete/Draft:Ramzan_Miah too. Combined with them not disclosing I am going to block even though I don't know who the master is. SmartSE ( talk) 16:12, 29 November 2018 (UTC) reply
