This image was taken from a web site with a copyright notice that says all rights reserved. The file name was also created to misrepresent the original intent of the image which was part of a powerpoint presentation and in this use is out of context to make false claims.

  • Delete unless someone finds the original image at the source (I couldn't). Even if we AGF that it was on that site at the time of the upload, the licence requires attribution of the original author.   • Copyright terms include the following statement - "You may use content from this site commercially, except that you may not use or provide access to more than 25% of the content of any particular country, state, province, county, parish, shire, prefecture, region, department or city for commercial use without written permission from the copyright holder." If you don't know, why are you tagging it? What does the image have to do with "the content of any particular country, state, province, county, parish, shire, prefecture, region, department or city" since it was not produced by any particular country, state, province, county, parish, shire, prefecture, region, department or city"?   • Delete Does not sound free. If you are only permitted to use some material provided that you do not use some other material, then the first material is not free. Additionally, the licence doesn't permit modification. -- Stefan2 ( talk) 14:17, 17 October 2014 (UTC) reply
  • Keep The image has nothing to do with "the content of any particular country, state, province, county, parish, shire, prefecture, region, department or city". i.e., it was not produced by "any particular country, state, province, county, parish, shire, prefecture, region, department or city", it was contributed to HMDB, which permits use.   • Delete, the licence would need to allow unrestricted commercial use to be considered free by our standards. There are multiple problems here. First, the uploader, Rhvanwinkle ( talk · contribs), tagged most of these images with {{ cc-by-3.0}} when that license is nowhere specified on the source site. So we, the community, are left to determine what license really applies here. I guess the closest license to the above is {{ Attribution}}, but there are conditions that do not match the attribution license or Wikipedia's policies.
