The following discussion is an archived debate of the proposed deletion of the miscellaneous page below. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page (such as the page's talk page or in a

Note: Redirecting the page makes sense per SmokeyJoe's explanation. My intention was not to place any value judgment on people who contributed to this page (myself included).

DeleteRedirect - I was going to do the same thing, I proposed to delete it twice at
WT:PW, I agree with all three of your reasoning's.--SRX 22:40, 28 October 2008 (UTC)reply
Delete - per reasoning above. No need for extra page.

Redirect to
Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Professional wrestling. In project space, we don't delete bad ideas, we instead archive or redirect, to avoid the repetition of history, and to preserve the history without making value judgements on the contributors who worked at that page. Don't delete because it is/was a bad idea, but redirect because the target is a better idea. --

Redirect to project talk page. Having a specific page causes an unnecessary focus on doing renames.

Note: - can anybody redirect it or do we have to wait for someone more experienced with MfD to do it?--SRX 23:12, 29 October 2008 (UTC)reply
There's a clear consensus here. Regulars on the page and the nominator agrees. Anyone can redirect it. --

I redirected it, so I guess this could be closed.--SRX 00:23, 30 October 2008 (UTC)reply
