Dear volunteer Mediators,
I’d like to file a request for a map issue for the article “History of Georgia (country)”. I have been, in my opinion, baselessly accused in several “crimes”, whereas I was contributing to the article according to the regulations. A discussion was opened and I had a long explanation, concentrating on the accusations, wrong judgment of proper contribution and in details explaining why the old version is wrong and the edit is correct. I had also asked to mention counterarguments in accordance to the points. As well as asking to point out any rule that was britches in the opponent editor’s eyes. None was done. To make it clear, the opponent editor was attacking and threatening to Arbitrate each time, which also seemed a way to keep me, as an editor, away from the article. As he proposed no counterarguments I decided to bring my change back and agreed in the discussion for his threat (as he used it in this manner) to arbitrate. For this all, I decided to ask for mediation beforehand hoping it would bring some sense in the discussion/dispute.
To get a consensus for the edit to stay in place or not.
Would be good to have Iberieli explained the correct contribution, as I think he objects to me (as he stated no argumentation and was attacking me) personally and not the edits. Or to make me see what I am wrong in, if I am. Aregakn ( talk) 07:09, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
