Alright, could someone please redraw the above Flag and COA of the fictional country of Narnia as SVG (perhaps by using a more detailed version of the lion, preferably the one used in the movie versions, seen here:
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51d1A%2BLbH9L.jpg) and preferably reshape the flag as rectangular and change the background of the COA to transparent as well (Also, if it's not too inconvenient, I think it would be useful to have a variant of these with a gold lion on green, which seems to replace the red version in the later books, based on information here
https://fotw.info/flags/fic_narn.html). Thanks.

Well, it's a 32 page pdf, so, since I didn't think you wanted 32 individual images, I cropped the individual pages in what seemed the best way and reassembled into a new pdf. I hope that's what you wanted. If not, or if you'd like anything done differently/additionally, please let us know. --Begoon 03:37, 2 February 2018 (UTC)reply

The file format of .jpg does not support transparency files, so I toggled this over to .svg file type. I hope this version is ok, if it is please mark this request as 'done' {{Done}} ~~~~ or 'resolved' {{tl|resolved|~~~~}}. If the graphic requires more work please provide as much information as possible for the changes you would like. Thank you

Okay, could someone please modify the (above-left) coat of arms of the fictional nation of Telmar (from the
Chronicles of Narnia) to align it more with the (above-right) flag of the country, which closer matches the version from the books (like with the wingspan of the eagle and the darker orange background colour, shown here:
http://narnia.wikia.com/wiki/File:Miraz.JPG). Thanks.

There already is one on commons, added above. (

On examination, there is a problem with the text, perhaps someone who's SVG-capable can fix it. PNG alternative found. (

Removal of background required (opaque white can be particularly observed in the top right corner of the image). Thank you. -- – Batreeq (

Would it be possible to Wikify this to something a bit clearer (and thus also make into a free version too)? Cheers --

SchroCat, as a start I threw together
File:Scene of Moorgate tube disaster and details of train.svg as a sort of draft. I'm not sure how much I like it - but if you think it will be useful can you indicate anything you think I should add, or change (apart, obviously, from the rails and text, which I haven't included yet). Thanks. --Begoon 05:40, 11 February 2018 (UTC)reply
Hi Begoon, thanks a million for picking this up. In the top part, can we keep Motor - trailer - motor and the lengths (if metres can go before feet that would match the article). We don't need the weights or passenger numbers.
For the bottom part, the two keys are
to show the ratio of damage to the first carriage (i.e., how much was crushed into the first part (the downward bit before it jack-knifes upwards) and how much was crashed intimate the tunnel roof under the front of the third carriage). If you ping me an email, I'll send through a larger version that may be more clear, and the image from the Fire Brigade report, which is also helpful.
to keep the scale of the image to show the three crashed carriages were the length of two undamaged ones, again if the feet and metres measurements could be reversed that would be great.
I already have the larger version, from the BMJ archive - but you're right, I'd positioned the "aftermath" carriages very wrongly in this draft - see if it's better now. The crushing under the roof is something I haven't addressed yet, still need to do that (basically I need to redo that entire leading coach, which is really there as a guide)... The scale should be a pretty good match. Incidentally, I used red because I thought it was this:
London Underground 1938 Stock, but that's easily changed if it's wrong. I won't have time to do the text until tomorrow - I want to see if I can use some of the "dead space" bottom left by breaking the details out of the existing caption style, and I might think of some other enhancements too if I sleep on it. --Begoon 08:02, 11 February 2018 (UTC)reply
That's great. I think red was right, although the only photos of the actual crash have either been b&w, or show everything covered in the soot and dirt that was thrown up.
These suggest that the majority were entirely red, so I don't think anyone will complain about it too much. Cheers -

Ok. There's a fair bit of redrawing to do, so I expect it'll take me a couple of days to fit in, as I'm quite busy this week and drawing needs decent 'chunks' of time, but we'll get there... --Begoon 08:32, 11 February 2018 (UTC)reply
Hi Begoon, No rush on my side, so whenever you're able to, it's great. If you're able to get hold of an article from the Journal of Audiovisual Media in Medicine of 1978: "An illustrative reconstruction of the Moorgate tube train disaster" by P. A. Darton; Pages 91-93.
https://doi.org/10.3109/17453057809153837, this has a larger and clearer image (Darton is the guy who did the BMJ article) I have a PDF of it if you can't access it. Cheers -
SchroCat (

I've got that article now and the image it contains is certainly clearer. That will help. I'll try to do something in the next couple of days. --Begoon 18:23, 11 February 2018 (UTC)reply
Just noting that I haven't forgotten this - I've just been short of time this week. I'll get to it as soon as I can, I promise. Begoon 12:31, 14 February 2018 (UTC)reply
No rush, Begoon - I'm taking my time writing it, so whenever you're ready that's good enough for me. Cheers -

This should be a transparent background image, so conversion to PNG and transparencize. Then replace in the stub-type-template with the new version. --

Done Because it's a png, wikimedia software 'blurs' the thumbnails it generates slightly (annoying but true), so you wouldn't want to look at it much larger. Also it's a very low res, bitmappy image and looks dreadful enlarged, but I can't access the given source (or find it elsewhere) to try and get a bigger version to improve it. It looks ok at template size, though - as an 'icon' it's ok, I guess... --Begoon 08:44, 23 February 2018 (UTC)reply
Governor of British Guiana, 1875-1906 and 1955-1966
Would someone please try and create SVG files of the flags used by the Governor of British Guiana, including the one used from 1875-1906 (shown here:
https://fotw.info/images/g/gy_co-g.gif) and also the version used from 1955-1966 (visible here:
https://fotw.info/images/g/gy_gob.gif). I provided a blank Governor's flag along with the colonial ensigns of British Guiana from the time period (containing the badges in question) for anyone who wants to try it. Thanks.

Would someone please create an SVG file of the proposed flag of Fiji (featuring the country's full
Coat of Arms and not just the shield) suggested by the country's
Great Council of Chiefs on 30 November 2005 (
https://fotw.info/flags/fj.html#pro2005). Effectively the same as the 1924-1970 Fijian flag (above left), but with the light blue of the current flag (above-right). Thanks.
User:Snow Lion Fenian
Okay, perhaps someone could create an SVG file of the standard of the Governor of Fiji used from 1908-1970 (as shown here:
https://fotw.info/images/f/fj_u.gif), featuring the country's full arms (above-right) in the centre of the Union Jack (above-left) in the usual style of British colonial Governors. Thanks.
User:Snow Lion Fenian
Could someone please create an SVG file of the red civil ensign used in Fiji from circa 1908 onwards, (visible here:
https://www.crwflags.com/fotw/images/f/fj_r24.gif), the same as the (above-left) 1908 flag of Fiji but of course in red. And, even though I've never actually seen any online images to suggest that the Fijian red ensign was ever used without a white disc even after 1924 (as the country's actual blue ensign of the time was, shown above-right), I think it wouldn't hurt to have a red version of the 1924 flag as well, just in case. Thanks.
User:Snow Lion Fenian
Alright could someone please create SVG files of the Fijian Customs flag used from circa 1986 to an unknown point, (effectively the country's Government Ensign, shown above, but with the shield raised slightly and the words "H.M. CUSTOMS" benaeth if) and also the current version (which only features the word "CUSTOMS" under the shield without the "H.M."). The information on both flags can be found here:
https://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/fj_cust.html. Thanks.
User:Snow Lion Fenian.
@
Thommy9: Thanks a lot for all the Fijian flag-related requests you've completed so far. Say, would it be within your scope to create some of the 2015 Fijian flag proposals, if I were to make a request about that?
User:Snow Lion Fenian
Absolutely, I'm planning on doing most of the 23 finalist designs listed at
crwflags, but it will take some time.
