Is that going to be possible? This logo is for the Austin branch whereas the article is about the larger organisation. It seems to me that WP:NFCC#8 would not be met in that circumsytance if it being used solely for identification. -- Whpq ( talk) 00:26, 27 November 2019 (UTC) reply

This is a small part of a large original painting from 1793. Needs a ton of details added to desc page and then sent to commons. commons:File:Francesco zignago, il beato sebastiano maggi arriva a s.m. di castello, 1793.jpg is a view of the painting in context. Comment if this fails PD, I would support it as fair-use in Deakin Telephone Exchange. It's an image that specifically illustrates many details specific to a certain historic timeframe of the subject, one that is covered by substantial content in that article. If correct, then per commons:Template:PD-AustraliaGov: The government of Australia has declared that the expiration of Crown Copyrights applies worldwide. Delete - The given source is not specific to an image and is the generic top level site and its dead for me so I am unable to review any information provided by the archive site.
