This is a non-free song snippet which does not specify an article for which it is to be used, so technically a violation of WP:NFCC#10c. It i in use at the Jolina Magdangal article so presumably that was the intended article. The only commentary about the song in the singer's article is a statement of the songs chart success. So even if the name of the article is added to the non-free usage rationale, it still fails WP:NFCC#8 as the song snippet is not needed to understand that the song had chart success.
