Local consensus in Talk:Finally (CeCe Peniston song) agreed to keep both images, or so User:MrX, who closed the discussion, thought. However, other FFD discussions about extra images resulted in deletion. Attempts to resurrect extra images, especially in WP:DRV, fail because those images are deemed unnecessary as long as other images from country of origin or original images seem enough to experts of copyright per WP:NFCC. In this case, the song is of American origin by American singer, and this image was of French release. I would like to start another RFC discussion at the article talk page, but that would be redundant as I prefer to keep the US "sunflower" cover, used in the infobox. I'm nominating this here due to the history of the uploader changing information on this image constantly that I'm not sure what is true about it anymore. At first, the image had no licensing tag; the uploader then added a free licensing tag. However, the source that the uploader provided illustrated that the image was not their work, so I tagged the image for WP:F11. Afterwards, the uploaded added a non-free licensing tag in addition to the free licensing tag; at that point, since the subject is still alive, it is then a replaceable fair use file eligible for WP:F7 deletion. Most recently, the uploader has removed the fair use tag and has claimed in their information that the image is their "own work" when the web site they provided does not make it clear that they run the website, nor have taken the pictures on the web site. (At this point, a copyright infringement claim can probably be made, but since the uploader has already cycled around various means to make this image suitable for use here, I'm nominating this here since I'm not even sure what the uploader is really trying to do to make this image suitable for use on Wikipedia.)
