photo of Booker T. Washington?

Well, it's featured here and on Commons. Guessing at your underlying question, I'd ask you to remember that people vary in skin tone. Booker T. Washington is a much lighter-skinned African-American than Carver is, which is pretty readily demonstratable. Booker shouldn't be darkened to look like Carver any more than Carver should be lightened. Adam Cuerden(
