Fenrisulfr ( talk · contribs) I'm 26 years old and I live in Norway. I've been a member of Wikipedia for a little over a year now, but up until recently I only made the occasional edit. I've done a lot of edits recently, as well as uploaded a few images, and would like to know if I'm doing things right. I have a little experience in editing wikis, but I'm not familiar with a lot of the "rules" here at Wikipedia. Fenrisulfr talk 21:16, 12 June 2007 (UTC) reply

Well, your off to a pretty good start here at en.wikipedia. You use your edit summaries (unlike me :), your mainspace edits have been generaly good, and your more active in the vandal fighting department then most new users. One thing I noticed that you might want to do differently is that 95% of your edits you are marking as minor when most dont actualy meet the criteria in WP:ME. You also might want to get Twinkle to help you in your anti-vandalism efforts. Keep up the good work I hope to see you around later :) - ĬŴΣĐĝё 06:50, 13 June 2007 (UTC) reply

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
Maybe my work on the article on Blessthefall's album His Last Walk. I rewrote the entire article and I'm quite happy with the result. I planned to rewrite the band article aswell but it has peen protected so I never got around to doing that.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
No, not really. I think I will handle conflicts pretty well. Keeping a civil tone in discussions and not taking myself to seriously is one of my strong suits. Or so I've been told.

Additional Questions from Dfrg. msc:

Borrowed from Glen ( talk · contribs), I'm sure he wont mind. These should test you editing skills, and show if you have any weaknesses which you can work on. So, just write your answer next to the Question. Good luck.

Speedy Delete or not:

  1. CSD1 No. While perhaps lacking notability it does not meet the critereia for speedy deletion. Valid stub.
  2. CSD2 Yes. Unambiguous advertising or promotion.
  3. CSD3 Yes. Unambiguous advertising or promotion.
  4. CSD4 Yes. Patent nonsense/Test Page.
  5. CSD5 No. May lack notability but is a valid stub.

Vandalism or or not:

  1. [1] Biased and poorly written perhaps, but not vandalism. I would still revert.
  2. [2] Yes. Asuming good faith i would put a "thank your for testing" message on the talk page of the editor and revert.
  3. [3] Yes. As above but more clear vandalism.
  4. [4] No. Assuming the edit summary is accurate.
  5. [5] No. It's a poor quality edit but not vandlaism.
  6. [6] No. Again, perhaps lacking in quality, but not vandalism.

Wow... I completely forgot about this review after the first answers. I've finally answered your questions as well. Better late than never I guess... Feedback would be much appreciated Fenrisulfr talk 09:01, 15 April 2009 (UTC) reply
