I do not like the proposed name Kiev Binnale either, since the company's website shows that they are promoting next year's International Biennale of Contemporary Art in Kyiv (Kiev). I recommend that this CHU application is declined: I will explain on their talk page that any unblock request will need to be for a username not related to the company or its clients, and will depend on convincing an admin that they understand COI and will not attempt to use Wikipedia for promotion.
