List categories on this page that are going to be retained (i.e. the CFD result was "Keep" or "No consensus"), but that still have CFD templates on them that need clearing out.

If the bot successfully removes a CFD template from the linked category page then it will automatically clear it out of this list, and add {{ Old CfD}} to the talk page.
