Nominator's rationale: Name change for consistency with other categories in
Category:Video games by setting. I am nominating this instead of doing a speedy renaming just in case there's an issue I missed as to why the category is better off at its current name.

Merge. I took the liberty to copy the description of the older category to the target, adapting it a bit. One difference in scope is that the former category theoretically includes peoples who, in fiction, would be associated with Antarctica, but there are currently no such articles.

Nominator's rationale: Underpopulated "People from [Place]" category. As always, categories of this type are not automatically created the moment there are just one or two people from that place to file in it -- there would need to be at least five people with Wikipedia articles to file here before a dedicated category was needed, and below five the people should just be filed in the most appropriate higher-level category (such as by region). As I'm not highly knowledgeable about Ghana, I'm perfectly willing to withdraw this if somebody with more knowledge of Winneba can find more people to file here, but it isn't needed for just three people.
Bearcat (

Delete. "Arab" descent categories were unfortunately used as container categories for Arabic-speaking countries or countries of the Arab league, which is wrong as
WP:CATDEF and
WP:EGRS would suggest to use ethnic categories only for people who identify with an ethnicity and are consistently defined as such by reliable sources. This usage is wrong, it is better to use regional container descent categories such as Middle Eastern descent or North African descent.
