Nominator's rationale: All these categories have nothing to do with bilateral, foreign, and/or international relations as the naming would suggest. The majority of the entries are subcats that have to do with people of Scottish heritage, diaspora, and emigrants, including expatriate sportspeople. The Poland category entries have mostly to do with relations related to the UK. As do all the other categories nominated regarding relations as modern relations of Scotland are through the UK.   • Delete, redundant category layer when it just contains subcategories of expatriate people or people by descent. The Polish category does contain quite a few articles as well but it is quite a random collection that has little to do with relations between countries.   • Delete -- These are not about diplomatic relations, because Scotland is not a sovereign country and has none, though there may be foreign consulates in Edinburgh or Glasgow to provide assistance to their citizens or with trade. Scotland-Poland relations might have covered pre-1603 ambassadors, but none are recorded. I say 1603, not 1707, because diplomatic relations were done by the king, not Parliament. Nominator's rationale: What is the scope of this category? New creation with no parents, no description, no main article and contains the likes of Mughal Empire, Akbar, Delhi Sultanate, Mamluk dynasty (Delhi), Nizam of Hyderabad and Indo-Persian culture. Article Mughal Empire clearly states that its founders were of Mongol origine, hence the name, and Nizam of Hyderabad makes no mention of Turkic at all, so this seems to be an indiscriminate collection of articles with nothing in common between them. Nominator's rationale: This seems to be overcategorization, we already have categories for all tournament winners such as FIFA World Cup-winning players. No articles even exist on the winning captains, this information seems better suited to include on a pages such as List of FIFA World Cup winning players. Also, there is not always a clear definition of who a winning captain is, as a team may have no designated captain, multiple captains or a captain who misses the final. S.A. Nominator's rationale: No article exists regarding a football team of University of Dhaka, nor is there any page that covers university football in Bangladesh. Only one of the articles mentions playing for a university team, it is difficult to tell whether the members of this category played for a school team, or are just footballers that attended this university. What about the Dacca University cricketers category? It should be deleted as well since there are no pages related to a Dhaka University Cricket Team. [4] this article proves Kaiser Hamid played for the team and [5] this article proves that Saifur Rahman Moni also played for the team. [6] proves that Sayeed Hassan Kanan played for the team.
