Delete -- The head note says that individual companies should not appear, but that is all there is. This the Dutch equivalent of a company being Ltd/Plc in UK and Ireland or SA in France and other countries, as the main article explains.

Nominator's rationale: There is huge confusion between Iranian and Persian categories. This is intended to clarify. If it is agreed then we can speedily rename the poet and writer categories which are divided by century. We may need to keep some of the Iranian categories, as they may not all be writing in Persian.

Seems reasonable, but on the surface I would also expect to see military people in this category as currently named. I look at it and want to have a subcategory or a see-also link to

Keep: I've populated the category. There is also
Category:21st-century American activists. Categories for other nationalities can be created. I'm not convinced there is a compelling reason to delete this one (or the American one).
TJMSmith (

::This has today been populated, but I still think its better to categorise activists by issue than by century. The term activist is very rare before the 20th century. "by century" categories are not helpful if they only extend over 2 centuries. "Activist" is also very vague.
Rathfelder (

Delete per nom, activist categories should be container categories by issue, we should not put entirely unrelated biographies in the same category. Similar categories should be nominated too.

Delete Activist categories should cover the causes for which these people lived and died for. There is no real connection between activists for different causes.

OpposeNeoplatonism is religious philosophy, and Neoplatonic beliefs include such weird elements as the "immortality of the soul",
reincarnation, and various forms of
mysticism. Much of Christian mysticism derives directly from the writings of
Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite, a Greek Neoplatonic philosopher.
