Nominator's rationale, merge per WP:SMALLCAT, only 1-3 articles per category about tiny 4th-level administrative divisions in Sri Lanka. Note that in most cases there is not even a parent category of a 3rd-level administrative division. Support As someone affected by this and the Lie algebra merge below, I have no formal objection to the merge of over-specific categories. But I think one problem not necessarily addressed is that both algebra and the quadratic equation in the userbox suggest "high school algebra" versus the study of mathematical objects. Unfortunately, "abstract algebra" is a too-specific term of art as I understand the current standards of mathematical literature classification while "advanced algebra" also seems to convey a high school topic while "college algebra" seems to imply that you can't learn about the subject other than by going to college. Terminology is not consistent over the decades (currently I am formalizing Frege's 1879 work in a matter consistent with modern set theory), so it's possible I'm mistaken on current literature usage. I have no formal objection to the deletions/merge simply because I can think of no other useful super-category name consistent with common English usage. While the term "Offspring" technically is not incorrect for this category, the term "Children" is a more common term and will not cause as much confusion. Best of Nollywood Magazine is a Nigerian film and celebrity magazine that began hosting an annual award in 2009 called the Best of Nollywood Awards. The articles in this category generally list this award in passing with other honors so it doesn't seem defining. (In contrast, the Africa Movie Academy Awards is treated as a career capstone that is clearly defining.) We don't have an article on Merited Coaches of Belarus. The only thing in this category is Aleksandr Sevidov whose article doesn't even mention this award so it should be removed. I can't definitively say that this award is non-defining, but there is nothing in English Wikipedia that even hints it might be.
