Nominator's rationale: An article such as
Co-driver or
Zero car is not an article specifically about terminology (a subset of linguistics). In fact, none of the articles currently in the category are about terminology (the article titles may be terminology, but we categorize by topic not by title). DexDor(talk) 22:11, 5 September 2016 (UTC)reply
Support per
WP:NONDEF, terminology is not a defining characteristic of these articles.

Nominator's rationale: I had proposed this as a speedy renaming to
Category:De La Salle Brothers schools (Hong Kong), as a minimal change per the head article
De La Salle Brothers, renamed per WP:RM discussion at
Talk:De La Salle_Brothers#Requested_move_21_August_2016. However, the speedy nom raised a number of concerns, and none of the possible solutions fits any of the speedy criteria. Option A is basically a tidier version of the proposed speedy, retaining this is a category of schools. However, one of the items in the category is a biography, so the alternative is Option B , which makes this a broader category relating to the order in Hong Kong. I prefer option A, because it causes less category clutter on the articles ... and the one article which doesn't fit is
Brigant Cassian, which is already in the sub-cat
Category:La Salle College. So if we go for Option A, it can simply be removed from this category. --

@
Gjs238: that's more elegant than the parenthetical format, but it doesn't resolve the issue of whether this should be a category of schools. I await Armbrust's reply to my question above, but I think that this rename may be raising too many issues to be a legitimate speedy. --

Rename -- preferably Option A. Following discussion as to the Irish "Christian Brothers", we need to rename all Christian Brothers categories, so as to avoid ambiguity.

No objection in principle but this should not be automatically applied to all countries, as some will operate as clubs with multiple teams.
Peterkingiron (

Support for consistency, to align with categorization of other countries. However, I should note that in the articles the term club is being used.

Merge for Now With no objection to recreating later if we get up to 5 or so article. With this low of an article count, it just muddles navigation.

Keep Yes there is. The Flash 1990 series is not part of the Arrowverse proper, but rather exists on another earth in its multiverse. The same can currently be said for Supergirl. And it is also possible that more will be revealed regarding these other worlds and how they may include other existing media. So at this time, it is fine to keep. -

Merge to
Category:Arrowverse. My rule in this is "one franchise: one category". If some items do not properly belong, they should be purged completely, not kept but out on a limb.

WP:ENGVAR issue. I have created a redirect.Good Ol’factory(talk) 07:16, 28 September 2016 (UTC)reply
Oppose per
WP:UE. "Presenter", in the sense of a radio or television broadcaster, is a
Britishismnot normally used in North American English dialects — what the Brits call a presenter, Americans (and Canadians) call a host. Wikipedia policy is to reflect local dialect variations when necessary, even if that causes some variance in the spelling or wording of category names, rather than arbitrarily forcing countries to use terminologies or spellings that would not be recognized in their own normal speech. Further, the problem that led to the creation of this category was that American radio hosts were frequently getting misfiled as
Category:American DJs, even though that category is meant for the kind of DJ who is a recording or performing musician (in genres such as EDM, techno or hip hop), not the kind who is a voice on the radio — so this category was created (not by me) in order to reflect the distinction better. Renaming it to
Category:American radio hosts (with this kept as a categoryredirect to that) might be suitable, but "American radio presenters" would not be consistent with the usual usage in American English.

When foreign heads of state visit Venezuela, they receive
one of these souvenirs from the government as part of the official welcome. I don't see how
Albert I of Belgium,
Queen Sofía of Spain, and
American Vice Admiral Alfred Johnson are defined by a Venezuelan award. Of the 14 people in this four subcategories, zero are from Venezuela. (I don't think
the remaining category is defining either but I'll nominate it later since it contains some actual Venezuelans.) To see the category clutter created by awards for visiting dignitaries, look
at this mess. If we delete this category, the recipients will still be listed
here. -

Delete -- Though this is a national award, we need to apply OCAWARD boldly. It may be legitimate to list the awards in a bio-article, but looking at
Prince Henry of Prussia (1862–1929), I cannot even see what he did to merit the award. The list is legitimate; the category is not.
