Nominator's rationale: Delete. This category has no members and two subcategories, each of which has only one entry, and each entry is identical ( Nnedi Okorafor). The "Category:Igbo fiction writers" is exactly the same as this (no entries, two subcategories each with this identical entry). This is kind of weird. Propose merging Category:Indian national agencies to Category:Government agencies of India
Nominator's rationale: Merge. Duplication. Although national agencies and governmental agencies are not synonyms, the guidelines of the nominated category says "Indian government agencies". If kept, all Indian agencies categories should be reorganized, e.g. category:Government agencies of India should be a subcategory of category:Indian national agencies. Nominator's rationale: Delete. Awkwardly named and defined category. Uncertain that it is a defining characteristic of the actors listed. I would have expected to see Charlie Chaplin and Andy Kaufman (and many other actors with a biopic) as actors portrayed posthumously by other actors. Propose renaming Category:Chairpersons of MMDA to Category:Chairmen of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority
Nominator's rationale: Rename. Propose expanding abbreviation to match article Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. The definition of the word "chairmen" is sufficiently encompassing to also include females, and as far as I can discover this particular organisation's head is usually referred to as a "chairman", not a "chairperson". Propose renaming Category:Hebrew giants to Category:Hebrew Bible giants

Add Category:Giants to the articles alone (Goliath can be categorized with both cat:giants and cat:Hebrew Bible people) but not as a parent for Category:Hebrew Bible people.
