Same case as Ahmed Abdullahi Aliyu Abdurrahim Sumaila. Searches of "Yusuf Abdullahi Sumaila" yield only Wikipedia mirrors and "Tafidan Sumaila" yields only Facebook. Sources cited seem to fail verification. No true evidence of WP:GNG, WP:ANYBIO or WP:NPOL despite alleging to be a prominent member of a royal family, a businessperson and a politician all at once.
