Well this isn't OR - there are plenty of Wing Chun glossaries out there.
[1] As Wing Chun is a widely practiced form of martial arts, glossaries published by masters and clubs about the art itself should be considered independent reliable sources. "Not dictionary" does not apply here, because that policy relates to articles which comprise a dictionary definition of a single term, not to glossaries. The English Wikipedia has plenty of specialist glossaries, such as the others linked from {{Glossaries of sports}}.
