Reasonably declined as a speedy candidate. However, this is a blatant hoax (just not quite blatant enough for G3). Here's the real
Universal Germany. Highlight communication (the alleged parent) makes
no mention of owning such a subsidiary. The link in the article is to a Serbian site pretending to be German.
