- delete per WP:TOOSOON at least, especially since the property owners say they aren't planning on building any time soon. Mangoe ( talk) 22:15, 21 November 2020 (UTC)
- Delete - if this ever does get constructed then it will definitely be notable so I think the best option is to delete and then allow recreation if and when construction does ever begin and we get some decent coverage Spiderone 08:04, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
