The result was speedy keep . Withdrawn by nominator; sources given indicate the subject definitely meets
WP:GNG even if they fail
WP:NSPORT .

Doesn't seem to pass
WP:NSPORT . Only one reliable source in the article, and not very many seem to be showing up elsewhere from my searching.

Strong keep . Sievers was the leading scorer with 119 points for the national championship
2001 Miami Hurricanes football team . See
here . He also led the country that year with 1.91 field goals per game and set the school's all-time season record with 21 field goals. Passes both
WP:NCOLLATH (first-team All-American as selected by CNNSI.com in 2001) and
WP:GNG (received abundant significant coverage in multiple, reliable, and independent sources). Examples of coverage include: (1)
Todd Sievers: Kicker, game-saver , The Palm Beach Post , 11/15/01; (2)
From Ankeny to Pasadena: Sievers takes long route to title game , The Des Moines Register , 12/21/01; (3)
Hurricanes kicker's home lies within enemy territory , 12/20/01; (4)
An Upright Guy: UM's Todd Siervers is calm, humble, fearless -- and diabetic , South Florida Sun Sentinel, 12/28/01; (5)
All Systems Toe , The Des Moines Register , 8/24/03; (6)
UM's Sievers kicks off war of words , Orlando Sentinel , 9/2/02.

(
edit conflict )Definite keep --to add to Cbl's sources, Sievers also kicked one of the
longest field goals in high school football history . Passes NCOLLATH and GNG with both substantial coverage and multiple notable records, selections, etc.
