Here we have an interesting pair: two "resorts" which really were resorts at first, constructed on the shores of Lake Berryessa when it was created in the late 1950s, and which have both changed into privately operated camping areas. Absolutely not settlements, I don't think they are notable as recreation areas of whatever generation. Mangoe ( talk) 21:32, 26 December 2020 (UTC) reply

  • Merge to Lake Berryessa, maybe together with Berryessa Heights and more. Geschichte ( talk) 20:00, 3 January 2021 (UTC) reply
  • Delete per User:Bearian/Standards#Notability_of_hamlets_and_other_places- they are not ghost towns because nobody ever lived there, and they are not functional golf clubs or hotels, because they were never built. Bearian ( talk) 21:57, 7 January 2021 (UTC) reply
  • Comment: Wish I was there. Delete: fails GNG and NGEO. WP:GEOLAND "informal regions of a state, unofficial neighborhoods, etc. – any of which could be considered notable on a case-by-case basis, given non-trivial coverage in multiple, independent reliable sources."   //  Timothy ::  talk  12:52, 11 January 2021 (UTC) reply
