I can't find enough significant, third-party coverage to establish notability for this company. There's lots of churnalism and press releases but very little of substance.
The app appears to have been defunct for a little while, though the founders recently pledged to get it back up and running. This doesn't impact notability but may be of relevance to those looking for sources.

Delete - What little I could find about this app and/or the company behind it is not reliable sourcing (the line between the app and the group behind the app is often blurred in sources such as
this, which I want to stress is a contributor piece which wouldn't be a reliable source even if it wasn't written by Socialblood's founder, but it's non-independent anyways so the point is moot). Outside of database listings (usually pulling directly from app APIs with no context) and a sprinkle of funding mentions, there's no coverage of this application in reliable sources that are independent of the subject; it fails
WP:GNG and
WP:NSOFT. -
