Speedy keep The nomination's claims are false and do not propose deletion. It seems clear that no thought has gone into them, as required by

Keep: we are seeing increased coverage in
WP:RS about social stigma associated with COVID-19 and not related to xenophobia or any kind of discrimination based on other characteristics. There's numerous reports about this in Spain (e.g.
[1]) and China (e.g.
