Press releases, adulatory promo pieces, passing mentions, and listicles. This guy may own half the UAE but clearly has not attracted personal coverage outside what his PR bureau arranges. Fails WP:NBIO. Elmidae ( talk · contribs) 18:34, 18 July 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Comments. There is precedent here that merely being a billionaire is sufficient for notability. I recall an English billionaire's article being kept solely because of his wealth. Pinging DGG. Bearian ( talk) 15:41, 24 July 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Delete I don't see any reliable evidence he's a billionaire. The money mentioned in the article is the funding for his projects, not his personal wealth. He's not included in the 2018 Forbes List for the Middle East : [1] or in 2019 [2]. (And the Forbes listings are for the family, not the individual). At this time there are over 2,000 billionaires. I think I would use a higher level than I did 15 years ago. But he simply is not as wealthy or important as the article implies--his actual position is running a hospital chain. • Delete as likely paid-for spam. I've blocked the creator for UPE. MER-C 16:02, 26 July 2019 (UTC) reply
