Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for being candidates in elections they haven't won yet — and people doubly do not get Wikipedia articles just for being candidates in primaries which they haven't even won to become general election candidates yet. If you cannot demonstrate and
reliably source that she was already notable enough for a Wikipedia article for some other reason prior to being a candidate, then she has to win the general election in November to become notable as a politician.
