Appears to be a hoax. I'm not finding any search results aside from Wikipedia mirrors. Pretty much every statement in the article is dubious or nonsensical.
- "word that means thin-winged in Latin"; Salvadorian doesn't remotely resemble any Latin word for thin-winged
- "discovery never appeared in official publications"; i.e., it fails the rationale underlying WP:SPECIESOUTCOMES
- renowned institutions like Kellog - Chicago"; apparently refers to the Northwestern University School of Business, not exactly a source of ornithological expertise
- "melting ice of the North Pole/Brown Polar Bear Phenomenon"; flagrant bullshit
- "Pelicans returning to Capistran"; swallows are noted to return to San Juan Capistrano, not pelicans Plantdrew ( talk) 01:58, 18 November 2020 (UTC)
