• I'm surprised an editor has proposed this page for deletion without offering any explanation. I will offer some details in support of keeping the article I just authored. A bank CEO and businessman in Arkansas may not be known worldwide, but he is a notable individual. Rutledge has been interviewed and discussed at length, and there are many sources available for information, some of which I have provided.
