  • Delete. The local level of office is not an automatic notability freebie under WP:NPOL. Municipal councillors are accepted as notable in only two specific circumstances: either (a) they serve on the municipal council of a major, internationally prominent global city on the order of New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, London or Mumbai, or (b) they can be reliably sourced as the subject of significantly more coverage than most other city councillors could also show. But Barabanki is not in the class of cities required to put condition A into play, and the three references shown here are not enough sourcing to fulfill condition B.
