That said, functions as the referent of ICOR in Ivory Coast, gets republished frequently in organs of related parties since foundation in 1996. --

- Perhaps you could elaborate how that satisfies
WP:NORG? Sources have to be independent to satisfy the SIRS requirement and organs of related parties aren't that. And
WP:INHERITORG makes it clear sub entities don't inherit notability from parent entities.
