I don't think the subject passes WP:N. Sources cite him a bit, and there are a handful of personal bio's on websites, but there's not really any significant coverage about the subject in reliable secondary sources. However, primary sources should be avoided; for example, the source you added was written by the subject (a WP:PRIMARY issue) and is part of a paid program.
