Merge to
Electrical injury#Torture (the target of the redirect Electric shock torture). "Parrilla" has been used in
WP:RS English-language sources: see
Sheila Cassidy, and an off-wiki search for "Sheila Cassidy parrilla" will tell you more than you want to know. I had forgotten her name but knew exactly what to look for, and she was the first result in my Google search.

Keep. This is a historically specific term linked to regimes in various South American countries in the mid- to late 20th century. I've added to the article—I don't think it's just a dicdef anymore.

Electrical injury#Torture. I agree that the term "Parrilla" is still relevant to electrical torture in general (as pointed out by
Narky Blert). However, despite a few examples from South American countries, it doesn't appear that this article can be expanded much beyond a definition (see
WP:NOT#DICDEF guideline 1).
