- Keep I believe the community being 'small' isn't a parameter to determine notability, because immigrant populations can increase or decrease over time. A community which has a small population may have had a larger population in the past. What should matter is the sources discussing the subject. Currently it appears to indicate that there was once a decent Pakistani population in this part of Africa, so the article could still discuss the subject in past tense.
