Keep as subject of article appears to meet both verifiability or notability thresholds with sustained in-depth coverage in multiple reliable third-party sources. While pirate radio stations are not granted the same general notability that a government-licensed broadcast radio station enjoys, there is nothing inherent to pirate radio station articles that demands that deletion as long as they meet

Keep PCRL is notable due to its strong links with the
Handsworth riots, a period of civil disorder in the UK on a par with the
Los Angeles riots. PCRL's notability stems from its own in-house news coverage and in-house appeals for calm. Although a well-known reggae/Caribbean music station in its own right, the focus of this article is on the station's more memorable connections to
civil unrest in Handsworth, Birmingham UK.

Comment - if you could explain the correlation of an accusation of "conflict of interest" with whether an article should get a "keep" or not, it would be most appreciated. Because that doesn't justify the retention of an article.
