Weak keep: Topic is notable as such (and actually quite interesting) and I don't see a lot of overlap with
Demographics of Taiwan, although I agree that large parts are written in a subjective essay-style.

Delete — This topic is mostly covered in
Demographics of Taiwan and
Taiwanese aborigines already, and far better. For example, none of the cites given seem to actually support much of anything stated. More importantly, the article is not and has never been an actual
WP:OUTLINE; this is exactly what an outline is not, and the notable topic is not wide enough to require an outline. See also

Delete. While it is well-cited, the article as a whole is original research (specifically
WP:SYNTHESIS) and would be impractical to salvage or merge.
