The result was
Delete. I will then create a redirect from this title to
Otaku USA. I'm not turning this article into a redirect because I don't see any evidence that they are related. --

I did a search and found no trace of
WP:Notability, there was a mention of the magazine here
[1] but no in depth coverage. I have also not found much on Xvolve Publishing either, clicking on the magazine's official website now provides a dead link possibly indicating that the magazine is now defunct.

Comment - well it's a print magazine that was active from 2005-2009 and was distributed on magazine shelves like at the airport as mentioned in this essay
[3] There's also this article clip that was saved on a blog, must have been from a newspaper.

Delete - My searches only found results for a Otaku USA Magazine not this one, there doesn't appear to be significant and considerable coverage.
