Does not appear to be a notable individual. Only two third party sources are presented, and one does not discuss Mr. Kuruganti at all. Search for additional coverage has thus far been fruitless. There are several pages worth of Google results, all of which are on social networks and and publicly editable sites (WikiAnswers, Quora, etc.), which indicate a substantial effort at self-promotion, but little else.
