Completely unsourced article about a shortlived local youth newspaper, with no genuinely strong claim to passing WP:NMEDIA. Newspapers are not handed an automatic inclusion freebie just because they existed, but must be the subject of reliable source coverage outside their own self-published content about themselves -- but there's no such sourcing present here and I can't locate quality sourcing anywhere else.
