KeepComment - He meets the criteria of
WP:Notability because of all he's done in the realm of arts, writing, acting, blogging and his city involvement. He appears to be the only sports journalist in Pine City from looking at the reference. He started the city's first blog. The city he plans for is award-winning (See
Pine City, Minnesota). He has a colorful tv, film and theater background as well. —Preceding

Comment - I still see nothing that satisfies the Basic or Additional criteria sections of
notability. Can you please specifically address those sections.

Many of these claims are hand-waving. I'm not sure how creating the city's 'blog would be notable. And being associated with something
“notable” does not itself confer
“notability”; if Mr Johnson won a significant award for his planning, that would be one thing; to plan for a city that won some award is far less. —
