The gentleman fails our notability threshold. He appears to be a
WP:ROTM businessman, doming his job well, but not meeting
WP:N.

Keep For sure, the article has issues: poorly written, poorly referenced, likely COI editing, etc. But if (and yes, it is an 'if', given the dearth of references) all that is stated is actually true, the person is clearly real-life notable; it's then just a question of satisfying
WP:GNG. Most of the sources listed under 'External links' (sadly, not cited via footnotes in the usual manner) are dead, but one or two remain, mainly the Vanity Fair piece. Also, there's
this half-hour documentary by the Finnish public broadcaster Yle. To call him 'Run-of-the-mill' seems harsh IMO, regardless of whether WP's notability can be satisfied. --
