Weak Keep I think possibly working with the writer to develop a non-promotional stub would be appropriate. I think there is way too much on the page. Or perhaps an article on the surgery which this page redirects to. There seems to be significant coverage of a couple notable surgeries he was involved in. I think the author should also be directed to a list of acceptable references as IMDB and a couple others aren't acceptable.

If the subject passes
WP:NACADEMIC then that Google Scholar search certainly doesn't show it. There is one co-written paper with 62 citations, one with 15 and a handful with between 0 and 4.

Keep, Although the article needs to be developed by more sources, but successful tumor surgeries ,with coverage, make it notable.
