Not my area of expertise, but am struggling to find any independent in-depth coverage in reliable sources - lack of WP:SIGCOV. Seemingly fails WP:BIO and WP:NACADEMIC. Edwardx ( talk) 10:13, 17 April 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Merge and redirect to Consumer neuroscience. His book on the topic and the fact that numerous other workers in the area have thanked him for his support suggests he's at least halfway notable, certainly enough for a mention in that other article. The Forbes articles (specially " How Stories Can Impact Your Taste In Food", which is basically all about his book), go quite a long way towards conferring notability, whatever h-index he may have.
