Does not appear to be a commonly used term. It seems to be used by Porsche, but outside of it, the only link is related to a press release that has multiple copies online. Narutolovehinata5 t c csd new 08:05, 28 March 2014 (UTC) reply

I have updated more links to pages including a research institute as well as a dictionary showing where it is used. Pero Despotovic 08:42, 28 March 2014 (PDT).

  • Delete. Where the term is used is not material to its notability. There is no indication that the term "MINT disciplines" is notable. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a dictionary, and mere definitions are not appropriate here. See Wikipedia policy Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not a dictionary. I am neutral on whether it would be appropriate over on Wiktionary at wikt:mint. TJRC ( talk) 22:01, 28 March 2014 (UTC) reply
Note, it would also be acceptable, as an alternative to deletion, to redirect to STEM fields, with that article being updated to note that some writers and areas prefer the acronym "MINT" to "STEM". The English acronym MINT appears to be drawn to match its German equivalent, Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaft und Technik ( [1]). TJRC ( talk) 22:06, 28 March 2014 (UTC) reply
  • Redirect/selective merge to STEM fields. That appears to be the concept discussed. Three sources may not be necessary, but the acronym could be mentioned in the lead section. Cnilep ( talk) 02:05, 31 March 2014 (UTC) reply
